Don't want to read the whole thing? Here's what actually matters:
Buy a ticket, register, or walk through the door — any of those means you're good with these Terms.
All tickets go through Posh, so grabbing one also means you're agreeing to Posh's own Terms of Service — that's what actually governs the transaction. Posh handles the payment, so we never see your card info.
Tickets are tied to the account that bought them and aren't transferable unless Posh specifically allows it for that Event. If Posh's platform breaks, glitches, or has an outage, that's on them to sort out, not us.
Sales are final, generally speaking.
If we cancel a show, mess something up badly, or make it impossible for you to get in — that's on us, and we'll refund the ticket price. If it's our fault, we fix it.
A few things to know either way:
- Posh's service fees never come back, no matter what. They're collected by Posh, kept by Posh, and covered by Posh's terms — we don't have the ability to refund them even if we wanted to.
- Any refund we do issue runs through Posh, on their usual timeline.
- We can't refund you for a postponement, a lineup change, weather, or a change of heart on your end — unless we decide the change was big enough, and caused by us, to warrant one.
We film our shows. Just assume cameras are rolling wherever you are, including for livestreams. If you're there, you might end up in the footage — and by walking in, you're okay with us using it however we want (marketing, press, sponsors, whatever) without paying you or asking again.
Don't want to be filmed? Tell crew at the door and we'll try to give our photographers a heads up. We can't promise you'll never show up in a shot though — it's a live event, we can't watch every angle.
Your own phone photos are fine unless we say otherwise. Bringing pro-level gear needs our okay first. And if someone tells you they don't want to be in your photo, just don't. Some nights might have a no-filming zone — we'll post it if so.
We want our shows to feel good for everyone in the room. These aren't suggestions.
We can turn anyone away or kick anyone out, anytime, for any reason, no refund. On-site calls from staff and security are final.
Age requirements depend on the venue and the show — check the listing on Posh before you buy. Venues with a liquor license usually mean 21+ with photo ID; some shows are 18+ or all ages instead.
We can ask for ID from anyone, anytime, on our property. If you get turned away for not meeting the age requirement or not having ID, that's not a refund situation.
Posh handles all our ticketing and attendee data — that's covered by their own Privacy Policy, not a separate database we keep.
If you email us directly, we might hang onto that in Proton, our encrypted inbox, just to keep talking to you. Want it deleted? Ask at [email protected] and we will. Our site runs through Cloudflare, which sees basic technical stuff like your IP under its own policy. We don't sell your info. Ever.
Live events come with real risks — loud sound, big crowds, weird spaces, other people doing unpredictable things. Showing up means you're accepting that.
Here's the ceiling on what we're on the hook for, to the extent the law lets us set one:
- The most WMC, Wyatt personally, or anything tied to WMC could ever owe you for a claim is whatever you actually paid us for that specific Event. Not counting Posh's fees — those don't count toward it.
- We're not liable for indirect or knock-on damages — lost plans, lost time, that kind of thing.
- That cap holds no matter what legal angle someone tries to argue it from.
We make stuff — photos, video, graphics, branding, event concepts. All of it, made by us or for us, belongs to us. It's how we tell our story and keep the lights on for the next show.
- Anything created by WMC or our contracted creators is ours — full copyright, ours to use, license, or sell however we want.
- None of that transfers to you. A ticket gets you into the show, not a piece of our content.
- Post your own stuff — we love that, and a credit is appreciated. Just don't use our name, branding, or footage to make money without asking first.
Using our content or branding commercially without permission breaks these Terms.
We'd rather sort things out than call lawyers. Email [email protected] before going anywhere near formal legal action — most stuff gets fixed with an actual conversation.
- Talk to us. Tell us what happened and give us a real shot at making it right.
- Keep talking. If the first message doesn't fix it, we'll both keep working it out in good faith.
- Court, if it comes to that. Only after the above, and only per Section 12.
None of this signs away your rights — it just means we try being reasonable first.
Sometimes government or law enforcement asks us for attendee or event info. Here's how we handle that:
- We follow legit legal demands — an actual subpoena, court order, or warrant.
- We don't hand stuff over voluntarily. No legal requirement, no info.
- We push back on anything overbroad or shaky.
- We tell you if we're allowed to — some situations legally block us from giving notice.
- Third-party data plays by third-party rules. Posh, Proton, and Cloudflare handle their own legal requests.
We keep only what we need and don't go beyond what's legally required.
These Terms follow New Mexico law. If it ever goes to court, that's Bernalillo County, New Mexico — unless we both agree in writing to something else.
If some part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, we'll fix just that part (or drop it) — everything else still stands.
These Terms, plus any event-specific rules we post, are the whole deal between you and us. They replace anything said or agreed to before.
We might update these Terms sometime — check the "last updated" date up top. Keep coming to shows after an update, and that means you're good with the new version.
Got questions, concerns, or just want to talk? Reach out — we actually read our emails and we'll get back to you.
We built WMC because we love this — the music, the people, the nights, the moments. These terms exist to keep everyone in the room safe and on the same page. That's it. No corporate stuff, no games. Just good shows.
See you out there. 🖤
